The Ultrasonic Rodent Repellent is battery operated, powered by 2 "C" alkaline batteries that last 65 days for 24 hours of continuous operation. It's easy to install, no need to plug, making it great for places with no electricity. It keeps rats, mice and other pests away from your indoor places, like your car's engine compartment, garage, RV, attic, basement, warehouse, barn, kitchen, living room, etc.

The repellent emits ultrasounds varying between 25,000Hz to 55,000Hz, which is above human hearing but mice and rats can hear it and they hate it. Each repellent covers an area of up to 300 sq. ft. If you have a serious rodent infestation, place multiple repellers facing areas where the rats are active to maximize the deterrent effect.

The product works when the car is stopped with no vibration, and it'll enter standby mode automatically when the car is started, saving your battery. It will resume work when the car is parked with no vibration.
